Newsome Tenants and Residents Association are holding a Coffee Morning to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support. Please come and join in at Newsome Scout Hall on Saturday 29th September 2018 from 10am to 12 noon. Homemade cakes, refreshments, raffle and good company.
Castle Community Hub are having an Open Day on Wednesday 19th September 2018 form 2pm to 5pm. It’s a chance for you to come along and find out what we’ve got going on. There will be family fun with a bouncy castle, face painting and ‘Stay and Play’ for children. There will be chance to chat with course tutors about their courses and free refreshments for everyone.

Join us for a day of special activities from 12 noon on Saturday 13th October 2018 at Newsome Scout Hall to commemorate the end of World War One and to celebrate the beginning of Votes for Women and the creation of the Women’s Institute.
It’s our annual Newsome Play Day on Wednesday 1st August 2018 at Castle Community Hub (next to Hillside Primary on Headfield Road). Drop in from 11am to 4pm for circus skills, sports, environmental play, arts and crafts and lots more for kids aged 0-12 and their families. Free event.
